Werkstoff Nr. 2.4816 Heat Exchanger Tube is produced under ATSM 516 standard via an automatic welding process. 600 Inconel Exhaust Tube is welded eliminating the addition of filler metal. Under ATSM 516 specification Tubi Inconel 600 is supposed to be put through a cold working process. This process can be used on weld metal in Inconel Ncf 600 Condenser Tube or on weld and base metal in Alloy 600 Erw Tube.The average wall and outside diameter are accounted for in Astm B163 Inconel 600 Seamless Tube. The ASTM B163/ B167/ B517/ B516 standard takes care not only of the chemical requirements but also encompasses mechanical properties of Nickel Alloy 600 Erw Pipe.
The tensile strength of the Iconic 600 tube is 95000-psi 655-MPa with a yield strength of this 45000-psi 310-MPa. In general, Inconel 600 tubes have a melting point of 1413 degrees C with a density of 8.47g/cm3. ASTM B167 Inconel 600 Seamless Pipe has a low resistance to an oxidizing solution such as heated concentrated nitric acid. Inconel 600 Pipe Suppliers recommend ASTM B517 Uns N06600 Welded Pipe due to its ability to resist neutral and alkaline salts.
We also provide 600 Coiled Tube which is a nickel chromium-based coiled tube used in boilers and heat exchangers and has all the properties of Inconel 600 pipes as the material remains the same. As well as Werkstoff Nr. 2.4816 Hexagonal Pipe which is made up of nickel-chromium and iron. This increases the alloy's resistance to compounds that contain sulfur along with maintaining its resistance towards the oxidizing condition.
